My name is Iris, and although I feel like it's been a lifetime, I actually only created this blog less than a year ago in June 2020. 

​

My initial aim was to simply tell my story, one that I had for so long been scared to share, mostly for those in my network.

That decision changed my life and helped me find my purpose, so now I have been working to actively advocate not only for the narcolepsy community, but for all those who seek help.
